Modern Revenue Systems ("we," "us," "our") provides front-office communication services — call handling, text messaging, appointment scheduling, and follow-up — to small service businesses. This policy describes what information we collect through our website and services, and what we do with it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties.
We share information only with the service providers required to operate the platform (telephone and messaging carriers, hosting providers, and the software platforms the service runs on), with the specific business you contacted (your plumber sees your service request), and where required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We keep communication records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@modernrevenuesystems.com or texting the number that contacted you. We will honor deletion requests except where retention is legally required.
Our services are for businesses and their adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.

These terms govern use of this website and, together with a signed service agreement, the services Modern Revenue Systems provides to business clients. By using the site or the services you accept these terms.
We set up and operate front-office communication systems for service businesses: missed-call text-back, lead response, appointment scheduling, automated answering, follow-up sequences, and reporting. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless a signed agreement says otherwise, and may be canceled by either party with 30 days' written notice.
We report honestly on what the system captures and books, and we build everything to work. We do not guarantee any particular number of calls, bookings, or revenue. Outcomes depend on factors we don't control, including call volume, seasonality, and how the client runs their business.
Business text messaging is subject to carrier registration requirements and federal law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. We register each client's messaging with the carriers before their texting goes live, honor opt-outs automatically and permanently, and operate inbound-only automated voice answering. Carrier registration timelines are set by the carriers and their verification partners, not by us, and typically take one to two weeks.
We retain ownership of our systems, templates, and processes. Clients own their customer data — contacts, conversation history, and appointments — and may export it at any time, including on cancellation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the services in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid to us for the services in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. Telephone carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
These terms are governed by Minnesota law. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
Questions about these terms: hello@modernrevenuesystems.com.
Modern Revenue Systems operates text messaging on behalf of itself and its business clients. Messages relate to appointment scheduling, service updates, and follow-up about your service request — for example, a reply after you called a business and they couldn't answer, a booking confirmation, an appointment reminder, or a review request after a completed job. Customers who separately opt in to marketing messages may also receive occasional offers or seasonal service reminders from the specific business they opted in with.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are handled as described in the Privacy Policy above: they are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
