Who is Modern Revenue Systems for?
Established remodelers anywhere in the United States who do kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions and similar projects, have a service area they know, and have room to take on more work.
What do you actually do?
We run Facebook and Instagram ads that reach homeowners in the towns you serve, follow up with every homeowner who responds, and book the serious ones as estimate appointments on your calendar. You show up and quote.
Where do you work?
With remodelers anywhere in the United States. The ads run in the towns you serve, not ours.
What happens when a homeowner responds to an ad?
They get a text back in your name within minutes, follow ups if they go quiet, and a reminder before the appointment.
Are my leads shared with other contractors?
No. The ads run for your business, and nobody else gets your lead.
What do I need to do?
Show up and quote. It works best when you have a service area you know, room to take on more projects, and someone ready to move when a homeowner raises a hand.
Who pays for the ads?
You pay the ad platform directly, on your own card. Ad spend is separate from our fee, and we never mark it up.
How long is the agreement?
Month to month unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Either side can cancel with 30 days written notice. No annual contract.
How much does it cost?
We go through it on a 30 minute call, and you hear the price on that call.
